I have tried this app after trying many other apps and I am very satified. Works great, integration is very easy
Worse translation app there is. It just dosent work, simply just does not work. The popup for a country code will auto set to english, and it wont even translate
Hi there, this is not a translation app. It is an app that will direct your customers to the right experience based on their location. If you need a translation app I would suggest trying: https://apps.shopify.com/translate-and-adapt
Overall, the app is good, but the first thing I noticed is that the loading times have slowed down. For me, that's where most of the deductions come from.
The other thing that is not user-friendly at all is that the selection menu appears at the very bottom of the store page. On the one hand, not every user notices this and on the other hand, it is not adjustable, except for the position left, center or right. I would welcome it very much if there would be more setting options. For testing the app is OK, but I will not use the app currently, as long as certain changes and performance optimizations have not been made.
I was disappointed to know that the orders made with a different currency can't be edited and I think this is a very feature of this app because it limits our sales and customer service performance
Hi there, this is not a limitation of the Geolocation app - unfortunately multi currency orders cannot be edited in general at the moment and is something we will be working on separately.
The application could also have the option to automatically show the language for the selected country without any popup.

If I could give zero stars I would, BEWARE of this app!!! Somehow this was installed in our store, (Shopify still looking into how & wait for a response) We have had inventory issues and weird things happening to our platform not mention sales channel getting turned off and being hacked. Not sure if all related. Have since deleted the app.

I installed the app and published but the app is not working in my store. The bar shows up in the preview but not on my store's homepage or anywhere else.

The recommendations bar will only show up on your store if you're visiting from another country or your device is set to another one of your store languages. You can test this with a VPN and by accessing your store in a private browsing window.
