The application does not work correctly. It does not change the language according to the country in which the user is located. Also, it does not change the language of the store, always the default language works.
UPD: That's not what I'm talking about. My site is already translated into the right languages with the application you are talking about. The Geolocation app is supposed to detect geolocation and switch the store to the language according to the settings. But it doesn't.
Sorry for any confusion. This app does not translate your store into different languages. For that you should look at using Translate and Adapt: https://apps.shopify.com/translate-and-adapt
suddenly it's installed on our store though none of our staff installed it. So, we removed it from our store as our store focused on the US customer only. We don't need such an app that will slow down the performance (not to mention the bad rating from others about this app)
Pop plugin used to show up however it suddenly just stopped. Not showing the language and country pop up at all, still waiting for Shopify to solve this issue.
What kind of app installs by itself? Not to mention there are no notifications. Making a huge funnel change like this from Shopify without our business knowing is a big no-no. Uninstalled and you get a 1-star for this

No option to customise for mobile. This app does not make sense if the Markets should convert automatically. I wish i didn't need to use this in my store

Doesnt work on my store. It affected my conversion rates when I had the most international traffic. It was stuck on my local currency. Shopify help center helped but there isnt much they did as an immediate solution. It should be compatible worldwide since Shopify's customer base, is international.
Hi there, this app works with the currencies you have set up in Shopify Markets. If you have any issues, please chat with our support team about this and they can help you with the correct setup.
The conversion between currencies seems to be based on the main currency of the store and then calculate the exchange rate to change, am I right?
Is there any way to fix the price of individual products, exchange rate changes are sometimes too great, which will lead to my individual products sold at a loss
Yes, you definitely can: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/markets/pricing/product-prices-by-country
