Installed the app which went ok, but all the options are greyed out and we cannot publish it to the website. The App does not seem to be functioning correctly on our site. Can someone please assist.

this is one of the most important apps in my shop because I sell to soo many different countries but in the same time this is the app that I hate the most. there is 0% customization, not even WORDS TRANSLATION !!!!!! Shopify should update this app ASAP as it was not even Touched for the last couple of years specially that this app is used the most by Advanced Plan Customers because they use international Pricing and Multi language the most.
While Google SEO Engine just recommends to show the conversion pop-up, this app is forcing it. This app should give us the option to enable automatic currency conversion with no annoying pop-up.
Automatic currency conversion is adopted by many many web sites, for example booking.com, etsy.com, linjer.co (Shopify hosted). I insist that you guys improve this app to enable automatic currency conversion with no pop-up.
Hi there, automatically changing currency and/or language can be seen negatively by Google and other search engines. Doing this may hurt your SEO rankings, which is why we do not do it and do not recommend using solutions that do. If you want to automatically show your customers the right experience, please use automatic redirection with international domains: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/domains/managing-domains/international-domains#switch-between-international-domains
Added for clarity: Under Targeting site content to a specific country, you will see Google does not recommend adapting on site content via IP (https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/crawling/managing-multi-regional-sites)
shopify should give more attention to this app or remove from app store. doesnt have enough languages and currencies. visitors should have the option to use the Geolocation or select a currency and language ...my location is in europe but i have only 6 languages and only one currency. what about non Euro countries, uk, Poland, sweden ,switzerland, .... the app will be good if shopify give attention to it. we have been complaning but still they are not giving attention. if problem solved, we will update our review to positive

I installed the app and published but the app is not working in my store. The bar shows up in the preview but not on my store's homepage or anywhere else.

The recommendations bar will only show up on your store if you're visiting from another country or your device is set to another one of your store languages. You can test this with a VPN and by accessing your store in a private browsing window.

Great idea but it doesn't work.I assume its because shopify still doesn't recognise that we have a domain www.seayogi.es attached to Spanish language which is driven by a language application, installed within Shopify and which shopify doesn't recognise in their new language setting.

You are correct that we do not support different domains for different languages at this point within our language settings. We are exploring how we can add support for this. Keep an eye on the Shopify Changelog for updates.

not working for more than a month, this app is not detecting from where the customer is coming from, popup is not working alsol
Hi there, we can't see anything wrong with the pop up on your site, it looks to be working as expected when we visit your site (image here: https://screenshot.click/29-40-ap94j-cckr9.png). When testing, if you are located in your store's default country/language, no recommendation will appear (since there is nothing to change), and this may be what you are experiencing? You can test with a free VPN or using the in-app preview.
I used this app to add multi currency support. I just observed though that itis not doing currency conversion and only switching currency signs. Is there any setting to display the currency converted value ?
Thanks for your review. For the Geolocation app to offer different currency recommendations, you first need to make those currencies available from your Shopify Payments settings. Once you have done so, the app can help your buyers switch to their preferred currency.
