Wow, i downloaded this app but had trouble setting up. I emailed them now 2 weeks back (asking for urgent help) - ZERO reply. Even followed up - nothing. Only downloaded it as the customer service is supposed to be good. Guess its useless to me now and will have to undownload. Quite frustrating given the loss of time.
