Ashley is incredibly responsive no matter the time or the question, she gets back to us fast and always with a clear answer. That alone changes everything when you're running an e-commerce business and every hour counts.
What really sets her apart is her problem-solving. Whenever something comes up a supplier issue, a stock shortage, a shipping delay, a quality concern she doesn't just report the problem, she comes back with options.
