Every business needs Google reviews, and this app makes it easy for me to obtain them for free. Not only that, but I can get feedback from a variety of other sources. It's simple to set up, and the customer service is fantastic. This is an app that I strongly suggest for every store.

Excellent customer service! Bravya even set up a call right away when she knew I needed further help in installing and customizing their app. She didn't stop the communication until my app is fully functioning. Plus the app looks amazing in my website and I truly appreciate extending patience for a non-developer customer like me.

Waste of money and time no customer service at all. Now I am trying to unsubscribe but there is no option on their app to do that.

We recognise there were some issues, and we have already triggered a refund to your account on Feb 16th.
Also as per our chat conversation, we indicated that the only way to unsubscribe from the app is to uninstall it.

I have just downloaded this app, and while doing the settings, I had encountered some minor problems. I wrote my question using the chat - the support was very fast, very kind and also very effective. First class!
