Every business needs Google reviews, and this app makes it easy for me to obtain them for free. Not only that, but I can get feedback from a variety of other sources. It's simple to set up, and the customer service is fantastic. This is an app that I strongly suggest for every store.

Excellent customer service! Bravya even set up a call right away when she knew I needed further help in installing and customizing their app. She didn't stop the communication until my app is fully functioning. Waste of money and time no customer service at all. Now I am trying to unsubscribe but there is no option on their app to do that.

We recognise there were some issues, and we have already triggered a refund to your account on Feb 16th.
Also as per our chat conversation, we indicated that the only way to unsubscribe from the app is to uninstall it.

I have just downloaded this app, and while doing the settings, I had encountered some minor problems. I wrote my question using the chat - the support was very fast, very kind and also very effective. First class!
