I must say that the support is extremely poor. They only respond during sales promotions and are completely unresponsive at other times. If you express your opinion, they will threaten you with suspension just for criticizing their support. A person named Youse Al Arif seems to think that anyone who buys their app is an employee of theirs.

I strongly advise against wasting your money on this app. They wasted a month of my effort and hard work simply because I criticized their support before purchasing. buying, they seem like angels, but after the purchase, the situation changes drastically. The threat of service suspension within 24 hours just for my feedback is unacceptable.

Additionally, there are violations of corporate governance in Shopify, and I have all the evidence. I have submitted a report to Shopify management with the reference number 64479285. I will not change my review and request Shopify management to remove your app due to its fundamentally flawed support.

Apps work great, you have to have patient to set it right in the first days but the UI is easy to use and the guys will help you in seconds. Great time. Keep up the good work.
