getFreddy help you to recover cart, push slow moving items and assist customer.
getFreddy is an active sales-assistant chatbot that recovers carts and clears slow-moving inventory. Email and SMS recovery only work if a shopper reaches checkout and enter their details. Many never do. Freddy spots carts that stall before checkout and pushes a reminder to encourage checkout. Set a discount on aging stocks and Freddy pushes it to customer that are viewing similar items. Of course, it can answer questions and escalate to humans if needed.
