No free plan at all, Customer Service is a bot that keep customers in a loop. I dont recommand it, stay away from it.

Other apps that also embed UGC videos in the shop cost a lot of money. GhostRetail fulfils exactly the same conditions and is free of charge. I can only recommend the app!

This is hands down the best video application. I highly recommend anyone to install this app, as it has helped me increase social proof in my clients' stores as well as orders. ♂️

FINALLY! I've been searching days for an app that allows me to put UGC videos in a carousel format on my product page. Surprisingly, NONE of the apps I previously downloaded allowed this but then, I found Ghost and WOW. I was able to get everything setup in less than 5 minutes without any weird coding or needing tech support. You guys are great!
