This app comes with some extraordinary features like a Multiple Gift Box facility, Easy installation, and App Setup. Best App for Gift Boxes with lots of customization options. I cannot say enough about this app and the customer service. I was up and running within a day but needed a few adjustments due to my store setup. I submitted a ticket and they had them done for me immediately. So easy to setup and use love it!

This app is holding up my website. I purchased it two weeks ago with a 7 day free trial…..but for some reason my 7 day free trial keeps getting extended…..and all of the functionality isn’t there to be able to set up the website. We have not had luck with support, they are non responsive. VERY frustrating.
I am testing the app, although there are basic errors, the team has been willing to solve them.
There are still a couple of pending points to resolve.
Once the app is 100% I will give it 5 stars.

I loved this app but I needed some changes in order to work with what our business does. The developers quickly arranged a 30 min zoom meeting with me to understand all my requirements. They were even willing to do customizations. Customer support is so important and QeRetail is fantastic!

I finally found exactly what I needed! Gift Box Creator is an awesome app to help create magical websites with many options. Even for me as a total beginner it was easy to understand all the steps to go through installation etc. And when I needed some help, the support answered within seconds and helped me solve all issues, kind and very professional.
