The app is super user-friendly and easy to use, also for a not so technical person.
However, I struggled with one item and the support team was quick to get on a call with me and understood my issue right away. They were able to help me with the configuration needed as well as could explain in simple language what needed to be done.

We had little knowledge on how to implement the solution we had in our heads however when messaging QeBoxMaker, not only did they respond instantly but they also took the problem away and reconfigured their code to meet our needs. This didn’t happen just once but twice. I want to thank everyone in the support team at QeBoxMaker for providing world class customer service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this application to anyone with any customisation required for their gift box business.

I have been using the gift box maker for a while now and it is awesome, it solves so many solutions! There is a new version coming which I am even more excited for!
