Very well done app with an amazing support team! I used every year during Christmas and it's very easy to use and increase a lot the conversion rate
We’ve had a great experience using GiftBox. The app itself is very straightforward and easy to understand, which made setup and day-to-day use seamless while we were learning the platform.

Gift Box is a very clean looking and functioning app that has already improved our average sale after only a few days of use.
Also their customer service is top notch. I asked to have one item changed and it was done within 15 minutes.

Impressed with the app – it’s easy to use, integrates seamlessly with our store (in different language options), and has been a great way to add extra value for our customers. Setting up free gifts and promotions is straightforward and works exactly as expected.
What stands out even more is the customer service. The support team is incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to find solutions. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was running perfectly for our store.

This app does exactly as advertised, and it is very easy to use. I couldn't find a $29.99 plan. The minimum is $49.99 per month, which seems a little pricey. In the end, I like the app and plan to continue using it.
Ran into an incompability issue with our Shopify theme (Eclipse) but it was fixed within hours, all while getting realtime updates over Live chat. Perfect service.
Also the UI/UX of the plugin is very good, both for the customers and for the admin. Best and simplest Free Gift app I could find, and I tested exactly 17 of them, paid and free. Suits anyone's needs perfectly if you just need to give a free gift automatically, where Shopify's built in Buy X Get Y discount type lacks automation (requires manual action from the customer, a discount code and/or an add to cart, from the customer in order to get the gift)
