I love this app, it's very easy to work with. However it cannot work if you have a loyalty program with your site and is limited by Shopify in terms of other discount integrations. Very unluckily. However, the service and support is great.

Had some technical issues with the app. wrote to them and within 5 minutes the problem was solved. Great service :-)

UPDATE: I initially posted a 3 star review due to some issues that needed to be fixed by the developer. They immediately reached out and fixed the issues. Since then, we've used the app for several promotions and it has worked great. It's easy to use and set up. We also chose it specifically for the way it displays the items in cart as well as the popup. We are definitely going to continue using it. We gave this app a test run against the Secomapp version and this one was much better for us.

Pro: The app lets customers know the gift is waiting in checkout with a side drawer in cart -- which is great for fewer cart abandonments. Beautiful design. Con: Express checkout users would not get gift on the basic plan (with no access to cart code) so be sure to remove the express checkout option on the product page.

The GIFT cannot be seen at Add to Cart page untill checkout page. Glacy gave great support to customize the instruction statement so visitors willl know clearly what's next. Nice trying.

I was looking for an app which was giving me the option to create gift easily based on a certain threshold. This app was easy to install and setup with exactly what I was looking for. I needed also a little adjustment with the widget and their support was super responsive helping me to get that done.

Giving free gifts is surprisingly difficult on Shopify stores. Gift Box makes that process super easy and intuitive. Their support is also very helpful and resolved a few issues I had very quickly. Definitely worth the money!

The help desk support is very professional and efficient. I am in Australia and on more than one occasion I received support when it was out of hours in Europe. This app conflicts with Zipify OCU app.

I installed this app two weeks ago to run a July 4th promo. While I only got a couple of orders taking advantage of the free gift, I believe this app will pay for itself even with not that many orders. The graphics are simple and nice out of the box and you hardly need to do any customization. Setup is a breeze and customer support is speedy. I highly recommend it.

Hi. Have used this app for a few promotions and has worked really well in terms of set up and shopper display. Only challenge has been automatic discounts being used in conjunction with the free gift "discount", but have overcome by just using a manual discount. The support has been great in dealing with the issue which is a big bonus!!
