Amazing app honestly , but their support is what got me to write this review.. We had a glitch on the GiftBox app where one of our products wasn’t adding to cart properly, and Tina jumped in straight away. She checked everything step by step, kept me updated throughout, and reassured me that if she couldn’t fix it herself, the tech team would resolve it within two hours.
In the end, that wasn’t even needed, she sorted the issue herself within 20 minutes.
Super responsive, calm under pressure, and genuinely committed to helping. What a legend. Thank you, Tina.

I was having an issue with the free gift I had set up propagating in fulfillment. I got on chat. It referred me to a human. They jumped on the problem and had it resolved within 30 minutes. I'm a very happy and well supported Gift Box customer. Thank you

Gift Box is a very clean looking and functioning app that has already improved our average sale after only a few days of use.
Also their customer service is top notch. I asked to have one item changed and it was done within 15 minutes.
