The UI is well-designed, and the mechanism is solid, reliable, and refreshingly straightforward. We really like it. It’s clearly a high-quality product, and it shows. That’s why, despite many other apps available on the Shopify store with even more features, we chose to stick with this one.

To be clear: this is a 5-star app in our eyes—the quality is unquestionable. We’re only holding back on the full rating in hopes that Italian will be added as a supported language soon. Since our store is multilingual, this is a significant issue for us. We're also looking forward to seeing a few new features added (which we've already suggested to their great support team).

Speaking of support: it's truly excellent. We're honestly very impressed and enthusiastic.

We also want to mention that we’ll definitely be trying Candy Rack for the Christmas season—it looks amazing. Quite expensive, but it seems worth it.

The support is really excellent. I received an answer within a few minutes and was also helped directly.
With regard to the app, I would like to have one more setting option: To replace the pop-up field for selecting the gift with a slot in the shopping cart. That would be a nicer solution when shopping via smartphone.

Solid gwp app. Can sometimes lag a bit, but overall great option for easy gifts that automatically get added to cart. Their support team is also great -- super fast to respond and very hands on. They helped make a few adjustments to improve the gift box app on our site.

I have come back to this APP after a not-so-good experience in the past. After an initial struggle, I reached out to customer service and Juan helped me with my concerns incl. customizing the text using CSS. He went all out to ensure I was happy. The APP has been live for a couple of hours now and happy with how it is performing. I would recommend the APP for free gifting and superb customer service.

We used this app for a discount season. It's so helpful when you have to add gifts to so much orders, it reduces errors and efficients work. It only fails sometimes when doesn't add gift in some orders, but the script could be solve it.

Nice app, that is very intuitive to use. It is really easy to make offers. And very nice that there is no coding involved to make it work. And exceptional support!!
