Support team of this app is lightning fast and the app it self is very easy to use.
Very good app, even better support. The app works well so far. Initially we had some issues with a theme conflict but support resolved it quickly. I've had to contact them three times since installation (only once really for proper technical support) and each time I hear back almost immediately and they helped me very efficiently. My only criticism is I think its expensive for an app that comprises such a small addition to the site and that may prevent me from using it long term - but I would probably say that about 90% of the apps on here.
So happy with the results we've had using Gift Box so far! The developer team were also so quick and helpful when we needed some assistance, couldn't recommend more :)
