I've been searching for a gift card app that truly understands the needs of a modern e-commerce store, and Gift Card Factory has absolutely blown me away! I was impressed by its intuitive design and powerful features.
But the real standout feature is the customer service. I had a minor question during setup, and the support team responded within minutes with a clear, helpful solution. They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. It's rare to find such responsive and knowledgeable support these days, and it truly makes all the difference.
Great App. Import function is perfect and lots of other good features. No problems and responsive support when we had questions.
A very poor experience. App doesn't work as it should. Certainly doesn't integrate well with Shopify. No response from customer support. Dissapointing and time wasting experience.
