The level of customization is incredible, and the support / customer service is outstanding. The app is able to resolve a common concern that others have not been able to address properly, and if they do, they overcharge for it because it's bundle along with unnecessary features. From new shops to long-standing ones, installing this app is a no brainer.

This is an exciting app at an amazing price point. I was able to easily provide my users functionality to look up their gift card balance. It made customers happy and internal teams happy. Very easy to install and get going with gift cards. Had a small issue with Google sync that Arthur from dev team has helped me to fix in no time. Very happy with the app!

I would say the out of the box app is generally pretty straight forward and easy to use an their support staff is outstanding. We haven't gotten into the custom API but when we do, I'm sure we will get more out of it.

The support we've received from Arthur and his team has been nothing short of amazing. The app works beautifully and it's transformed our gift card fulfilment process from an annoying manual task to one that happens automatically in the background with zero clicks. SO EASY to install! I emailed the developer to ask how to customize the look and feel of the card, and the developer wrote back right away saying they would do it for free! We had tried other gift card apps and they were so clunky - this was easy and streamlined for both us and our customer. Love it!!!
