We've used this app for years. So far, the only real complaint I have is that when there was a problem (which they were able to correct), I realized that they don't have enough support during standard US business hours.

The app allows you to reuse gift cards and add balance to existing gift cards, crucial functionality that native Shopify sorely lacks, and has been a huge boon for our business. Being able to save costs on reordering disposable gift cards is huge, not to mention the environmental impact of being able to reuse plastic.
