We were searching for an add on to replace the woefully inadequate default gift card functionality; something to actually make the process of buying a gift card special for our customers and the people they are sending it to. It's hard to find such an addon that doesn't come bundled with loads of other expensive features around loyalty programmes and referrals - things we don't currently need. We tried several options but this one came out the clear winner. Better yet, the support team have been fantastic helping us troubleshoot a few setting-up queries and customization requests. We now have a gift card solution we are proud to share with our customers. Thanks!

I have tested and tried no less than 12 apps on giftcards for my site. Actually I was disappointed that no one seems to be able to help me solve my problem. As I was reaching my peak moment of pressure to reporting to my customer, Gift Hero Card was introduced by shopify as someone that might be able. I tried and it worked. It solved most part of my problems. They are also responsive and are willing to work on problems to help us out. This is crucial because in the market where there are so many solutions, not everyone have the exact solution needed. I am so glad I get to try this app. This is the only gift card I will use from now and hence I will have to sign up for my other location. Thank you GCH, for your gift card solution!

Quick support. Super easy to set up. I would advise using this app over others because the support is quick to answer questions, the features are great, and the pricing is clear & honest.

I don't like how a lot of other apps charge you a monthly/annual rate + a gift card. Its kinda like getting punished for using the solution you paid for... I also really like that you can customize the gift card balance check page, something super lacking in other apps.

App works great and featured are continuously added, even upon request. Support is super profesional.
