Great App,
Quick support. Super easy to set up. I would advise using this app over others because the support is quick to answer questions, the features are great, and the pricing is clear & honest.
I don't like how a lot of other apps charge you a monthly/annual rate + a gift card. Its kinda like getting punished for using the solution you paid for... I also really like that you can customize the gift card balance check page, something super lacking in other apps.
Arthur was extremely helpful and swift in his communication with any queries and requests we had to customise the gift card page on our website. Really happy with this app, thank you Arthur!

Wir konnten bisher auch alles, was nicht auf Deutsch war, selbst auf Deutsch übersetzen. Ich kann die App klar empfehlen!

Really great customer service from Arthur! He customised the app to our theme and answered all our queries very quickly. The app is great and does exactly what we need it to do - the best features are that you can opt to send digital or physical gift cards, and customers can schedule when they want digital cards to be sent in the future. Really happy with the functionality and support!

This app adds features and gives access to Shopify's built-in gift card functionality that was only available to Shopify Plus customers until now. I've been looking for a solution like this for a long time. The developer is very responsive, even adding new functionality I've requested within a day. The service had been incredible and, for the first time, gives us the ability to add, update, and deactivate gift cards in bulk. We are also building an integration with our internal systems using the Gift Hero APIs to allow our employees and students to charge items on account. And best of all, we can do all this with a fair flat monthly fee. Most all other gift card solutions demand a percentage cut of sales. I highly recommend this app.
