Absolutely love this app! Gift Card Hero is a perfect solution to my physical in-store gift card needs. It’s great all around and I highly recommend it! Also, a useful tip: if you’re transitioning to Shopify from another system (welcome and congratulations!), there’s a clever workaround to use this app and bring over all your hundreds of valuable unused plastic gift cards. ;) This app has truly been a game-changer for our business.

New users to shopify and needed a solution for schools to be able to allow parents to order and then be invoiced, this was the perfect answer. It helps with bulk amounts of gift cards and the reporting is fab. When the report didnt quite do what we needed, they customised the report so it did. Can highly recommend.
Fantastic app and even better service. Arthur helped us customize several aspects of the app to suit our needs over the course of more than a month. We ended up with exactly what we wanted and couldn't have done it with all the support.

Took us a minute to discern the backend as there are limited tutorials/instructions and some features required custom support from developer. Response time for support was a few days.

After installing and trying out several different gift card apps, this was the clear winner. It was the only one with all of the features and customizability we need. Also, Arthur's help in getting everything set up just right was invaluable.
This app was exactly what we needed—and it delivered with ease! The support team was fantastic, assisting us with a few customizations, including updating the gift card image and adjusting some of the email wording. We’ll definitely be using this app again!
