I'm really happy with the app — especially because it lets you create both physical and digital gift cards. The support has also been great; Arthur in particular has been incredibly helpful.
Gift Card Hero is an excellent all-in-one solution that makes managing and selling gift cards on our store effortless. The setup was quick, and the customization options are very intuitive — it’s great to be able to personalize designs and automate so many parts of the process.
What really stands out is the support team. They respond fast, are incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping you get things running smoothly. It’s rare to find such hands-on, friendly support these days.

After lots of back and forth with the app developers we eventually had to uninstall this app as they were unable to fix the issues that arose and it made gift cards unusable.

It seems that someone from your team later sent a gift card to the wrong recipient and disabled it, which caused it to become unusable. We completely understand how such things can happen and are happy to help you set everything back up correctly.
