Gift Card Hero • All‑in‑one

I’ve been using Gift Card Hero for a while now, and I can honestly say they’ve earned every one of those five stars. Their support team is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring—every time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and gone above and beyond to make sure I walked away with a perfect solution.
If you’re looking for a gift card service that combines a seamless user experience with top-tier, friendly support, Gift Card Hero is the best choice. Highly recommended!

We recently relaunched our digital gift card program switching to Gift Card Hero. We’re thrilled to now offer our customers a great gift card purchasing experience that includes cool features like adding a video message and scheduling the gift card’s arrival to its recipient.

The tech support has also been excellent. Fast, precise, and headache-free. Thanks, Arthur!

This app was exactly what we needed—and it delivered with ease! The support team was fantastic, assisting us with a few customizations, including updating the gift card image and adjusting some of the email wording. We’ll definitely be using this app again!

We've been really happy with Gift Card Hero so far. It does exactly what we expected, and the ability to customise the setup to suit our brand has been great. Support was responsive and helpful when we reached out, making the whole experience smooth and straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic app and even better service. Arthur helped us customize several aspects of the app to suit our needs over the course of more than a month. We ended up with exactly what we wanted and couldn't have done it with all the support.

Very nice Gift Card features for your shop.

Took us a minute to discern the backend as there are limited tutorials/instructions and some features required custom support from developer. Response time for support was a few days.

If you are looking for a good Gift Card Platform with very nice features you should give this app a try.

After installing and trying out several different gift card apps, this was the clear winner. It was the only one with all of the features and customizability we need. Also, Arthur's help in getting everything set up just right was invaluable.

We use the gift card functionality as a key part of our loyalty program, Gift Card Hero gives us exactly what we need for that, and is very cost effective.

Gift Card Hero was just what I needed for my Bridal, Graduate and Baby Registries. I had been reloading gift cards in my Quick Books POS and it worked perfectly for what I needed. When I took advantage of the Shopify/Quick Books bundle I needed to be able to do the same thing. Shopify hooked me up with Gift Card Hero and the rest, as they say, is history. The team that supports this app is amazing. They went overboard when I made a request for a particular feature. My contact person for this request was Arthur T. He kept me informed as the team worked on my request. When the feature was added, he sent me great instructions as to how I was to proceed. He has followed up with me to make sure everything is working properly. It is great to know that Arthur T and his team are interested and dedicated to good customer service.

We had been looking for an app that would streamline our Gift Card offer and we have found it with this app.
Gift Card Hero exceeds our initial expectation. Installation was easy and without any issues and when we did need a bit of help with one aspect of issuing cards, Arthur was extremely helpful and responded in very quick time.
100% happy!
