Gift Card Hero was just what I needed for my Bridal, Graduate and Baby Registries. I had been reloading gift cards in my Quick Books POS and it worked perfectly for what I needed. When I took advantage of the Shopify/Quick Books bundle I needed to be able to do the same thing. Shopify hooked me up with Gift Card Hero and the rest, as they say, is history. The team that supports this app is amazing. They went overboard when I made a request for a particular feature. My contact person for this request was Arthur T. He kept me informed as the team worked on my request. When the feature was added, he sent me great instructions as to how I was to proceed. He has followed up with me to make sure everything is working properly. It is great to know that Arthur T and his team are interested and dedicated to good customer service.

Had a few bumps in the road with using Gift Card Hero in our new system. Arthur was there to help with everything along the way, answered all our questions, and even hopped on a google meet to show us some items we were confused about! Great response time and we now have everything up and running!

The service and options are incredible... I own a Carwash which has a different loyalty system than most companies. I use the gift card as a Pre-paid washcard and it works really well. It was one of the only options I had to implement this type of card. So I'm really happy how it turned out.
