Awesome customer support. Reported a bug and they gave it their full attention and had it resolved almost immediately. Highly reliable app.
Very intuitive to configure and more fully featured than I expected. Better value than other loyalty programs out there.
Extremely difficult to use, good luck with customer service. They have only chat from somewhere around the world no phone calls no meetings online support can only send you videos or PDF instructions swim on your own or die.
