Update: They have amazing service to their customer and it's always satisfy to use their service. And this APP is working perfectly for every merchant and it's grow your business from 5~25% in additional. Amazing! I highly recommend this app if you are planning to increase your returning and loyalty customers. I've tried out many rewards & loyalty apps but their conditions are too complicate and limited. But this Rise app is super easy to set yourself very easily and if it's complicated, their support team is always ready to help. They'll do everything for you to reach your goals. We installed this app in 2018 when it was simply BOGO Gift Cards. It's expanded a ton since then, with lots of increased capabilities and new features. The support team was a huge help in getting us back up and running with a gift card promo using the new features and workflows since we were unfamiliar with how to use them. Thanks!

I opted for the Free introductory level. Maybe make it a bit clearer that tech support is needed for this app to function and give an indication of when to expect contact to avoid customer frustration. That said, once contact was made (Shavlev in my case) everything went smoothly and he helped me quickly and answered my questions and any issues promptly. I've not launched any specific ads to test the success of the app but everything went well during the tests I ran. I have no doubt any lack of success will be more down to me not targeting and driving the right traffic than the functionality of this great little app!

This app is a great tool for customer retention, and allows you to constantly prod past customers with good news, "you have $ left on your account". The gift cards worked well with Instagram stories. Tailoring the messaging was easy and thorough. And the design tools were rudimentary yet enough to create something simple and elegant. With 1.5k of credit issued, we were able to generate 12k in sales. We are happy with the product. worth
