Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

Seems like the best in breed for referral and loyalty programs based on our test run with it versus various competitors who we shall not name. They also jumped in and gave us personal tech suppport right in the middle of Black Friday, which was way above and beyond what I was expecting.

We are just getting started with Rise and understanding its full potential for our business, the quick response and support from the team is exceptional so far :)

The developers at Rise are very helpful, it's a great app, and they really want to work with you. So thoroughly recommend it, and if you need help or some customisation talk to them because they are really willing to try to help.

Just installed the app and found Ari really helpful. The interface is very user friendly and the Youtube tutorial is easy to follow. Still in the trial period but already sold a voucher so delighted! We had a few speed bumps getting set up because our use case wasn't supported by Rise.ai natively, but Nadav and the team were very responsive and helped us get where we needed to get quickly. Once we nailed down the workflow, everything worked seamlessly.

Installed this app for their store credit features and it has integrated very well into our store. Nadav was very helpful with setup and quickly responded to any questions I might have had.
