Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

This is a great app for gifting a product or subscription to a friend or family member. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very service oriented team working to develop this outstanding app. Easy to integrate and very intuitive for our customers to use. Within days of downloading the app, our customers began to use it. Highly recommend adding it to your Shopify store.

After reviewing many products, Rise was our preferred choice and they have exceeded our expectations both as a product and their support and deployment teams. Seeing an immediate take-up of Gift Cards, we are now looking to leverage the other features to really drive our customer's gift card experience.

Loved the app - switched from starter to small-business version in less than a month. They helped me switch from the 'Add to bag' button on my Shopify page to their 'Send as gift' button too. Roy from their team was extremely helpful - thanks, Roy! Guys, I do recommend this app for your e-store!

Just installed the trial version of this app today. I already am so impressed not just with the app but with the customer service from Ari. I asked for a little tweaking to the app to better suit my needs, and Ari was on it right away. I will leave further comments about the actual app once all the modifications are made and I can see it all live !!

This is by far the best and most complete Gift Cards solution for Shopify.

Easy to navigate and implement. Gift cards up and running in a flash plus their service is fast + excellent.

I got a bit flummoxed when I first began working with the Rise GiftCard interface...and time was short with Christmas days away. Thankfully, Rise has great support and I was able to set up a google meeting and share screens. Dana was very helpful in getting me going including a small modification to my theme coding to adjust checkout buttons. I had a subsequent meeting with Dana to solidify my understanding and I'm all set! Great knowing the team at Rise is there if I need them. They have been very responsive! Thank you Dana!!

This app is truly versatile in letting you set up various streams or workflows for rewarding your customer's loyalty. I especially appreciate that you can choose to offer hard cash rather than points. Small nuance but it keeps you from inundating your customers with messages about discounts and overall "cheapen" your brand. Customers can easily see the benefit in their account and plan to patronize your store again. I'm still integrating the features and it's amazing how responsive Rise.ai staff are to helping me along the way. Looking forward to integrating the app with my reCharge subscription offerings in my store as well as Yotpo product reviews. I can't wait to see what other new features they will be bringing onto the platform. A little further in the process, customer service is still excellent. I had a few questions about integrating Rise with reCharge subscriptions, Yotpo, and the account settings. Sam was an excellent resource.
