Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

We have been using it for years and works perfectly for our business. It took us some efforts to customize it to use in Japan, but it is worthy.

The customer service is always great.

We've been a fan of Rise. The customer service is responsive, the platform is easy to configure, and the integrations are good.

I'd say our move to Rise from Smile has been good. It is more clear than Rewards points for our customers, and a unified tool for gift cards, store credit, and rewards is nice. And it's more cost-effective, which matters a lot to us.

So far, so good... and by good, I mean actually kind of genius. I love the idea of turning “thank you” into cashback, and it turns out my customers do too. It's basically a digital hug that says 'I love you, here’s some money to spend at my super cool shop.

I can’t speak to conversions just yet (manifesting those as we speak), but setup was a breeze. I peeked at Smile.io and a few others before choosing Rise, but they felt like trying to assemble IKEA furniture with no instructions and three extra screws. Rise, on the other hand, just… works. Once you set it up, it handles the orders and quietly drops cashback into customer accounts like a little loyalty fairy.

The tiered percentages based on lifetime spend? Chef’s kiss. It's like leveling up in a video game, but instead of a new sword, your customer gets cashback. And Rise is reasonably priced... definitely not pocket change, but also not “why does this cost more than my rent?” levels either. I am keeping my fingers crossed for strong ROI though, because let’s be real: good intentions don’t pay for toner.

Also, waiting not-so-patiently for their referral program to launch. That’s going to be a game-changer and I’m already prepping the confetti.

Customer experience so far? 10/10. Eddie (hi, Eddie!) has been insanely responsive... like, I-message-my-friends-and-he-replies-faster responsive. Every time I needed help, he was there with answers before I could even finish typing “help.”

So yeah, off to a strong start. Let’s hope this continues to crush and my customers love it as much as I do. Champagne wishes and cashback dreams, witches

I've been using Rise with clients and now for my own business for years. We operate a Brick & Mortar retail store and issue out store credit at a high volume both online and in-store. We use pretty much every major feature this tool offers.

Today I had a technical issue with our site and Eddie solved all of the issues in a quick and professional manner. He's GREAT!

Rise allows us to automate a significant amount of tasks that I'm not sure Rise couldn't have predicted when they designed the tool.

For example, our store hosts hundreds of event attendees per week and we now are using Rise to automate the overwhelming majority of our prizing / store credit offerings. It's amazing.
