I've been using Rise with clients and now for my own business for years. We operate a Brick & Mortar retail store and issue out store credit at a high volume both online and in-store. We use pretty much every major feature this tool offers.

Today I had a technical issue with our site and Eddie solved all of the issues in a quick and professional manner. He's GREAT!

Rise allows us to automate a significant amount of tasks that I'm not sure Rise couldn't have predicted when they designed the tool.

For example, our store hosts hundreds of event attendees per week and we now are using Rise to automate the overwhelming majority of our prizing / store credit offerings. It's amazing.

We've been using the Rise AI loyalty app for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! We recently revamped our employee loyalty program, and switching to Rise AI has truly been a game-changer.

The bulk upload feature is fantastic. Plus, Itay has been incredibly supportive throughout the entire process

Eddie was very helpful in resolving my issue in a timely and concise manner. I am still learning how to use Rise.ai so it's good to know there is some there to answer any questions I have.

We've just begun using Rise.ai, and are super-impressed by the apps design (front and backend). A professional product in every way.

Just as importantly we've had several chats with the Rise support team and always come out of those chats feeling relieved that our problem is taken seriously, and resolved right away. Sometimes, at incredible speed!

So we're quite happy, and would recommend the app to other stores.
