I've used a number of loyalty program before. Rise is by far the best.
It helps me a lot with my rewards and gift card program. It is easy to use, user freindly, offers tons of feautres and integrates perfectly with Shopify.

The only thing I'm not crazy about is that it isn't white labeled for starters (they have Rise branding). But all the other tools are great and customer service is awesome.

I've spent a lot of time on researching for the right gift card solution. I think GiftWizard is by far the best one on the app store.

I should probably start with the fact that the user interface of the dashboard is not good enough and they need to improve this part (Mark from their team said it is going to happen soon).

This app allowed us to upload our existing gift cards, super useful! Plus their customer service is great.

I had a couple of questions shortly after installing the app and received prompt response and resolution. I've had the app a few days, but so far am very pleased. Italy was very helpful.

The onboarding process is incredibly designed. This seems to be a very impressive software. Support is helpful as well!
