I recently had some issues logging in and their support staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. We fixed the issue before it because a problem for my staff.

we still have to test the app a bit more (as it can be quite pricey and still has to proof and improve its ROI, at least in our circumstances) and might have to update the rating later. But what I can already say that their support is amazing. Thanks a lot Keren & team, I hope we can continue the good collaboration and mutual support in the next few months and maybe years.

We have been using Shopify+Recharge since launching Bokksu 5 years ago to grow our business and subscribers. And for the entire time, we've been unable to offer Gift Cards to our customers because the Shopify Gift Card feature doesn't integrate/work with Recharge. However, thanks to Rise.ai's hard work in creating a seamless integration with both Recharge and Shopify, we now can offer Digital Gift Cards & Store Credit to all our customers, which has both generated tens of thousands in revenue for us and saved us thousands in refunds. I highly recommend Rise.ai for Gift Card and Store Credit features!!!

So far, so good. We haven't used it for long yet, but it was easy to install and customer service has been extremely responsive.
