Very difficult to use. Does not support stores with subdomains. Also encountered problems, customer service support was very slow to respond. Not recommended!!

We've just begun using Rise.ai, and are super-impressed by the apps design (front and backend). A professional product in every way.

Just as importantly we've had several chats with the Rise support team and always come out of those chats feeling relieved that our problem is taken seriously, and resolved right away. Sometimes, at incredible speed!

So we're quite happy, and would recommend the app to other stores.
