Updating my review: they heard the feedback about overbranding their logo all over everything and changed this! I do think this is the best software on the market for loyalty + store credits etc, good functions and it's a comprehensive suite.

I see that you've uninstalled and re-installed a couple of times which may have prevented the trial from being applied. We can help with this!

Regarding whitelabeling/Rise logo, our Pro plan is $159.99 or $199.99 per month (depending which plan you select) which allows for the Rise.ai logo to be removed from all assets.

Our Premium plan is $479.99 or $499.99 per month and includes removing the Rise logo from all emails.

Actually, we did grant you the trial period so you could test the Pro version of this app. I just checked and it did start on August 1st.

The display might be different (because of the way our system built) but this is what our backend information says. We always try to help our merchants, especially during these times 🙏

This is a great service. Right now, we use the Rise App during sale periods to execute on "Spend $x, get a $y store credit" promotions to increase AOV and encourage repurchase. It works very well and can be customized to match your branding. The team has been incredibly responsive and has helped us set up, execute and answered questions. They are adding new features constantly and continue to pack more value into the product. It's on the expensive side but it's easy to use and if used correctly, the ROI is positive. Recommend!

At first impression the Rise Gift Card Loyalty Program is just what our non-profit organization was looking for. I will review further after I experience all the features but it appears to be a great program. What was even more exciting was the support i received when i had a few questions. Nadav provided what i would consider the highest level of support I've experienced from any application with opportunities to screen share and walk through my questions together.
