Rise app has been one of the most valuable apps that we've used so far in our site. Not only their technology is reliable, but they're always evolving with new needs in the market, and partnering with the big tech players to offer relevant features. Earlier this year, we launched our Gift Cards online with rise, the UX and easy functionality of this online gift card excels what we expected, offering our customers convenience and a way for us to brand and personalize our experience. We've been able to expand and use additional features like the loyalty rewards. Their support team is very responsive and assures our questions are answered promptly. I highly recommend this app.
We installed this app to be able to offer ALL our customers the option To purchase gift cards and not just the people who use Apple wallet. It’s a great app, very easy to use IMO, and integrated well with our store. The support from Rise is even better. They are quick to respond and are knowledgeable. They even helped me in a holiday weekend! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to add this functionality to their store. This app can do so much more than just gift cards which we will be looking into soon!

It seems like a great app but I do see one issue. I had this app installed last year for a couple months then deleted since I didn't have enough customer engagement to make it worth the monthly fee. So when I decided to give it another try for the upcoming holiday rush, the old card was already pre-saved but for some reason it was not linking up in the Rise admin. It would show the card as active but it would also say the product was not linked, so there was a disconnect somewhere. I deleted the gift card in question that was showing it wasn't linked and now I can't create a new card. There should be a function to delete a card from the rise admin so that if there are any errors, it can possibly be resolved by making a new card. Kind of frustrating..

The Rise,ai app was critical in enabling us to deliver a gift card solution without having to upgrade to Shopify plus. The bulk gift card import enables us to generate thousands of codes and works seamlessly with Shopify.

Ari and team have been very supportive getting the app up and running in my store. The app has come a long way since the first time I tried it in December 2016. I have a lot of apps including some subscription recurring charge products that involved special integration. Gift Wizard has been with me all along and I am already seeing an increase in gift purchases on my site which is exactly what I wanted to see gearing up to the holidays!
The only thing that has been an issue for me is the 2nd line on the shipping address. I recommend double-checking the entry if possible - I've caught a few but shipped a few other that ended up coming back to sender + headaches. The support team is looking into this issue but I was surprised that I was the only one having it. Also, I thought sending gifts via text looked a little spammy so I disabled that feature too.
Team, thank you for your patience and time helping me "get it right" for my store! I hope that we can continue to have a solid relationship.
