I was using another app before i discovered Rise! They have amazing customer service and cater to me promptly. This has turned my business around and my customers love the reward system.

The app is very expensive for what it is. I've had the app installed for a few months now and have not received any increase in revenue or customer retention. In fact, the majority of customers choose not to sign up for a loyalty card and prefer to proceed straight to checkout. Plus, they advertise their RISE.AI logo in all of the automated emails to customers. It doesn't make sense to have another companies logo on your website for free if you are paying for their service.

Terribly expensive, almost feels like a scam. The app charges for orders which are coming on our store and have nothing to do with a usage of the app. The fees are even higher per order than Shopify's own % order fee.

Very good product. Super attractive for our customers. Easy to sell and fulfill by the customers. Great also by the different possibilities to send the card, use incentives...
The team is working on modifications to use the cards and egifts in other language.
Good reactivity of the team with the chat...

A valuable addition to our new online store. It keeps the personal connection with our customers and offers a way to support us during this close-down. We've also added our gift cards to our Instagram account. Everyone loves a gift card!
