Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

Absolutely love this app, by far it's the best on Shopify when it comes to gift cards. The user experience is great and it is very easy to set-up. When Covid hit, they were the first to help small businesses allowing to sell gift gards on FB and Instagram at no extra charge.
The customer service is amazing, they reply within minutes every time I had a question and Nadav is fantastic.
I highly recommend this app and I have been with Shopify for 4 years and had lots of trial and error with apps, this is a keeper.

We are a small and relatively young company (just launched earlier July). We are run by two people and we sell dog accessories to help dogs in need. Gift Wizard has been a great asset to us as a small company in a somewhat specific market.

We have a lot of friends and family who aren't dog owners, but want to support helping dogs, and through Gift Wizard, they were able to help support our cause by purchasing gifts for friends who own dogs.

Gift Wizard also has great customer service and have been great in being flexible and working with us on getting our business up and running - and setting us up for success. We really appreciate them as small business owners.

My store isn’t live yet, but this app has been so easy to set up and does everything I need it to do! And the support has been fantastic.

We ran into a small hiccup with our Gift Cards during a holiday promotion but was able to rectify the issue quickly thanks to Gift Wizard's wonderful customer support. 2018/19: I started an automated campaign sending gift cards after purchase to people who spent over $100 and $50 and with-in a week I generated $1700 in revenue with $300 in gift card cost. That is pretty spectacular! ‍♀️ 2020: Update: I use this app for so many things, from give aways, first time buyers, subscriptions, etc and in less than a year it has generated over $42K. Noa and Roy are spectacular. The app has only gotten better since I started using it. App is super easy to use and set up. ‍♀️ Update again 11-17-21: Rise continues to be a valuable app on our store. We have been using it for years now and see it as a great marketing tool. The team at Rise feels like they are an extension of our team. We couldn't be happier. Not to drop names, but Pauline is wonderful. Helpful, caring, and really listens.

We downloaded this app to help meet the needs of our unique customer base. We have been amazed at the level of support from the developer to ensure the app works with our store and to our needs.
