Great App, it does exactly what we need. It is expensive but I think it will be worth it once the loyalty program builds. and really supportive team at RISE who have helped us migrate from another system and our account manager Dana has been amazing and helped us every step of the way.

We have a complicated workflow where customers receive a bonus on top of their 5% rewards if they hit certain thresholds. This caused a glitch in how rise handled the rewards and sometimes gave customers double rewards. After some back and forth with Rise which took a while they have mostly fixed this and have also compensated us for the customers who received and redeemed more than they should have. The app does not give you great reporting to be able to monitor this situation or view pending rewards and as such it took me a while to catch this error. If they fix reporting and we confirm this app is working properly I will raise my review again.

John has been incredibly helpful in answering my MANY questions. Very grateful for the support in getting this set up. We moved across from another loyalty platform with over 35k users and it was pretty stressful worrying how it would all work. Rise team have been so helpful in making the process stress free and creating a smooth hand over.

We use this to provide gift cards for our customers, it gets the job done. It's unfortuante we are not able to see more recipient information or delivery information. It would be nice if there was an option to schedule a delivery of a gift card to send manually in case a customer sends it to the wrong email and wants to send it to the correct one at a certain time. John was my support contact and he was very helpful and responded quickly. Thank you John, you helped all that you could and was very kind to talk to!

So far so good. Great support. Using this as a rewards system and also gift cards. Looks great, very customisable and hoping it will increase our referrals also.

Support response times are nearly instantaneous. Set up was extremely easy. The integration with Shopify POS is where it's at.
