I struggled to import CSV file that complies to their format. Stay has been a great help to setup a video call and solve all the queries in order to get started. He gave me some practical tips as well. The app itself offers a better solution at an affordable price compared to other app. It is less complicated for my customers to understand. They get to see the amount instead and use the store credit when they make their purchase which I think it will increase the rate of conversion. Their email template is very useful. Overall I am very happy and I am not easy to please.

I have been working on establishing a new loyalty program for my online store recently. Rise AI is great at offering flexible options that we have been able to use to cater to our exact reward program goals. I was really pleased with the customer service I received. I have had questions about setting up the reward flow and program. Customer service was rapid in their response and clear in their answers. Great app! Does everything you need to provide e-gift cards to customers and send physical products as gifts with an e-greeting and more! Seamless integration, easy to set-up. Love it!

We've only used this for Gift Cards, but it works well, and the support team is super quick to reply and help out when something needs troubleshooting. I would recommend on customer support alone.

We're LOVING this app so far. The opportunity to have custom branded graphics, for customers to be able to send, schedule, or print gift cards, and for us to finally be able to run BOGO promotions on multiple tiers of gift cards is great. Not to mention their customer support chat peeps are SO NICE and helpful. 10/10 worth giving this app a go!
