I had a few issues with the initial setup, but the support team from Rise was super responsive and went above and beyond to get things up and running. Would definitely recommend.

Rise is one of the few companies, aside from Shopify, that deliver unmatched customer service. I was up and running in literally 10 minutes. You guys are great!

Inexplicable charges and inability to retrieve invoices to understand how the charges have been calculated despite having zero usage. No thanks.

Very cool app.

Seems like the best in breed for referral and loyalty programs based on our test run with it versus various competitors who we shall not name. They also jumped in and gave us personal tech suppport right in the middle of Black Friday, which was way above and beyond what I was expecting.

Customer service is off the charts good. We had an issue (due to our own mistake) and they fixed it right away. More than that, the app is amazing and we have done massive gift card business in just the first week! Don't hesitate. Use this app!!! Your customers will love it. Ultimate Game Table
