I opted for the Free introductory level. Maybe make it a bit clearer that tech support is needed for this app to function and give an indication of when to expect contact to avoid customer frustration. That said, once contact was made (Shavlev in my case) everything went smoothly and he helped me quickly and answered my questions and any issues promptly. I've not launched any specific ads to test the success of the app but everything went well during the tests I ran. I have no doubt any lack of success will be more down to me not targeting and driving the right traffic than the functionality of this great little app!

So easy to install and customize! We have been waiting for an app like this. I can't wait to use it. I will post a new review once we have had a few gift card sales to prove its utility.

Chose this app for its flexibility in sending gift cards to recipients directly on a specific day. So far, everything is working well. Customer support has been excellent.

easy to use and a well thought out loyalty program. Its a little expencive if you want to remove their branding, but everything else is perfect!

Loved the concept!
Letting recipients get store credit for unwanted gifts will definitely make their life easier and stop me from having to deal with returns!
They just told me I can also upload my own greeting cards, joy!

Just no. If you ever change levels, they will charge you the old platform fee + the new platform fee in the same month (paying double essentially). No usage days taken into consideration, which should be illegal frankly. We had to fight with them to get a refund. And their platform isn't very good... yet we ended up paying them $2k. I would not use this platform if I were you and if you do, be very careful about changing levels and the extra charges that they tack on. There are other options that aren't after your wallet. And BONUS, the make it hard for you to cancel. BONUS BONUS, you have to pay for your usage rate based on the quantity of orders you have as a store including ones that are totally unrelated to this platform (99.9% of ours were).
