UPDATE: The team has helped me resolve any issues by making some changes. I will say they were very helpful once they were able to get back to me. When I see their customer service has improved significantly over time, I will revise and update my review. Thanks to the team for getting back to me in this critical week! I do appreciate your time and effort to help me get some issues resolved.

We needed this app to offer gift subscriptions through an integration with Recharge. At the beginning it seemed to work, however recently the experience with this app has made our gift buyers lose trust in our ability to fulfill their gift orders. There are some kind of issues going on, however the support, or even responses are very limited from the team. I understand personally when there is a huge setback with your company, all of your efforts are diverted to solving the problem. However, keeping quiet and not responding to messages from customers is a d i s a s t e r waiting to happen. Please reconsider hiring someone to at least answer incoming messages in a timely (less than 1 week response) manner.

Just got it, we'll see, pricing is a bit on the high side for other plans. But I am willing to give it a shot!

Can't say enough great things about Rise! With time we are using more and more of the services they offer, both to improve the experience of rewards and loyalty and to drive extra gift card sales.

We started with Rise when they only offered the Gift Card functionality. Over time this app has evolved into an even more powerful tool for loyalty, store-credit, and even automated promos using gift cards for future purchase. An important part of our marketing and retention mix.

Great customer support. They were extremely responsive and answered every question I had.
Their new feature, allowing gift recipients to talk about their gifts on social networks sounds incredible!

We use rise to manage our employee store. I really like that we can adjust balances of existing loyalty cards and gift cards. Their customer service is very helpful, kind and careful. I was helped by John today and Eddie quite a few times in the past. Great service. -- There are a couple of features that I'd like to see built in such as an easy way to export all existing Loyalty Card Codes (I had to do this manually) and I'd like more control over the Rise Loyalty button for users who aren't logged in.

A good loyalty program that we use extensively with our customer base. For my business, Rise.ai is a great tool to increase AOV and encourage re-purchase. Thanks for a great product!
