I have only just installed the app and am in the process of configuring it. I like what I've seen so far, but I'm only just now getting into it. I asked Support to remove the "Add To Cart" button from the Gift Card product and Eddie did that within a couple of minutes of my request. That was very fast support! I look forward to enabling other elements of the app as I learn more about them. I plan on updating my rating after getting a chance to use it for a bit. Our store is not live yet though so that may take a few weeks.

The one feature we need (the ability to send a gift card directly to the recipient instead of having the customer forward it) is only available in the subscription plan that costs $69 more per month

Our “send a Gift Card directly to a recipient” feature is available on all plans. That along with many more new tools, such as our automated Store Credit rewards.

Great app, I love its features! I can modify the design of the gift cards without having to code. It has many options to choose from.

7 day free trial than $12.99 monthly for basic plan (20 cards a month & does NOT include your business name) and plans go up to $399.99 a month - Seriously!! This is the most expensive app for gift cards out there.
Oh, the $399.99 a month option cost so much because they allow your name on the card, let you add animation to your gift cards and customized email templates - totally worth $4800.00 a year (sarcasm).

This is the most phenomenal customer service team. I chatted in to see if they might have any offers for Canadian businesses as the exchange rate to USD is a bit steep right now, especially for a business suffering from COVID-19. Mark and the Rise.ai team surpassed any expectations I had as we work to get back on our feet. So far, this program has been very user-friendly and has much more customization than I realized. Rise. is. amazing. Seriously, their 'send as a gift' option for gift card sets the standard for gift cards. Our business focuses around gifts, and this feature is a key part of our offering. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!! ❤️
