Rise: Gift Cards & Loyalty has been a great help along with great support for our business which creates company stores for B2B. Thanks for the help and guidance on our project.
Superb app, manages our loyalty perfectly. Ari in the support team has been so responsive and helpful to help us with a couple of bespoke requests we had.
In early 2022, I began leveraging the Rise.ai app small business plan and have seen a notable increase in my returning customer rate since! Moreover, the level of customer service & support has been superb - each request is addressed swiftly via chat with ample documentation available to address any further queries.

Wonderful feedback thus far. Takes the stress off gifted orders. No additional "notes" to include in packaging and recipient already knows the correct size is coming. (app is in early stages)
Developers are very responsive and address any concern promptly.

I am a developer and use it in a number of my stores
A must have for any store interested in expanding clientele and adding a gifting option.
The integration is very simple.
They recently released version 2.0 so we needed to make some adjustments but the customer service team was great and took care of personalization quickly and efficiently.
Have also received positive feedback from customers who particularly appreciate the option of only including an email address/phone number of the receiver.
