While support is remote, the support staff has been very helpful.

We struggled a lot in the past to manage store credits. This application gave us a platform to manage all of this.

I had sent in a 1 star review because they had charged my card a huge overcharge fee. I am amending that review now because Rise made things right and fixed the situation, giving me a plan that works with my business though is not an advertised plan. I did not understand that Rise takes a cut of EVERY order that comes through your Shopify, regardless if it is through your online store or your POS ...

Our webshop is in Dutch and not everything was translated yet so we contact them for additional translations. Their support is great, fast and friendly! We like ;-)

I contacted the support regarding my issue. And they got back to me very promptly and helped me to resolve the issue until it's done. Now, I look forward to seeing the app work on my site.

Gift Wizard have good concept.

The customer service is fast but sometimes misunderstand in communication. Still highly recommend.
