It's a fantastic app to manage customer store credits and gift cards. It seamlessly integrates with Shopify and gives the customer the ability to view their gift card and store credit balances on the account page. Excellent app!! One of the few apps that we've never had an issue with.... except when we somehow messed up the formatting on the product page. But their support team responded quickly and helped us fix the issue. If you're looking to add custom gift cards, a loyalty program, and an easy store credit option, this is your app.

The app is not secure. Fraud was committed for more than a year using rise gift cards in our online store before we caught it. We found dozens of orders that used various names and shipping addresses that were paid solely with rise gift cards that were fraudulently created.
