I downloaded this app for e-gift cards this holiday season. I had several questions prior to launching, and each time they were so helpful and able to walk me through each step!

The GiftWizard team has been incredibly supportive & helpful all along the way, informing us of updates & new features when needed as well as replying promptly to any requests we may have had in the meantime. The gifting system makes things easy for customers to place orders for friends & family, we definitely recommend it if you're looking for a great gifting feature or a pay-it-forward type of option. :)

The staff support during my migration process has been nothing less than spectacular. I've had four different reps step in when the one I was working with was out, and everyone was on top of my account and ready to help, even before I was a paying subscriber! Itay was the final rep who performed my migration from Square to Shopify, and he went over and above to help me understand the process, and what benefits we could expect from using Rise.ai Gift Cards and Loyalty Programs. Highly recommended! Honestly, their features are so rich that it's even more complex than my company needs at this time, but I feel we will grow into using all features offered, in tandem with our awesome new Shopify site. Shopify has come a long way with app integration, and it truly is like an all-in-one, seamless experience, without feeling like many moving parts.

We used this app for more than 3 months, started with the Starter plan, actually it works properly and functionality, but the big problem is not worth the money to invest. 1) The app name "Gift Card & Loyalty program", We suggest it should be changed to "Gift Card & Store Credit", their loyalty program is to overcharge, they charged $16 monthly for ONLY one workflow, compare to other developers, they will give us 10 FREE workflow loyalty program. 2) We are paid users but it took more than 24 hours to get approval for the workflow we created, we waited for your approval but you still charge our credit card on time, it's fair enough, isn't it? 3) If you are Shopify Owners, and you are looking at the Loyalty Program or Reward Program please go far away from Rise.ai, they are not a great choice, they are only good developers in selling Digital Gift Card and issued Store Credit.

Great customer service answered all my questions quickly. The agent was Eddie. So far RISE is very helpful for me because I need to issue store credit to past customers and this is a wonderful option instead of refunds.

Really good app. I switched from a point-based loyalty program and this store credit program works much better for my customers since it's easy to understand. Support has been phenomenal as they were able to answer all of my questions as I was learning about the back-end stuff.
