Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

Usefull and innovative app that lets you reward customers that integrates all rewards onto a gift-card platform. Helpful with integration as well!

My name is Justin and I'm a theme developer.

I've spent a lot of time on researching for the right gift card solution. I think GiftWizard is by far the best one on the app store.

I should probably start with the fact that the user interface of the dashboard is not good enough and they need to improve this part (Mark from their team said it is going to happen soon).

Having said that, it's not just REALLY good for sales, but also for marketing - their tools allow you to send gift cards to customers and help you to bring them back to the store. It helped my clients to ramp up their gift card program.

This app allowed us to upload our existing gift cards, super useful! Plus their customer service is great.

I had a couple of questions shortly after installing the app and received prompt response and resolution. I've had the app a few days, but so far am very pleased. Italy was very helpful.

The onboarding process is incredibly designed. This seems to be a very impressive software. Support is helpful as well!

Easy installation. Excellent customer support. I ask lots of newbie questions, and get patient, helpful replies every time.

Great product, and easy to use. Gift Cards are coming in particularly handy in light of the current global health crisis, which is closing may physical locations.

This app provides everything we needed, without the need to upgrade our Shopify plan! Better and cheaper than the out-of-the-box Shopify giftcard feature. After initial setup we had a few questions and received truly great support. Ari even called me to assist us in customizing the app to our needs and made changes into our Shopify code to fulfill our needs.

One small suggestion for improvement in a future release: it would be nice, if the "powered by gift wizard" could be removed so customers don't see it in our store.

I can recommend this app to everyone with "gift" needs in Shopify. A great app with a great support team!
